Nestled in the serene Swedish countryside, Hensbacka Herrgård was a delightful pitstop for my family and me. Immediately, we felt the warmth of the staff, who were accommodating and friendly. Our room was simple but comfortable, with just enough space for us and our small dog, who was welcomed in the dining area. The culinary experience was a highlight. We enjoyed an exceptional salmon dinner that was both innovative and beautifully presented. The restaurant's ambiance exuded rustic charm, which complemented the country setting perfectly. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise as well-offering a complimentary buffet with fresh fruits, artisanal bread, and a selection of meats and cheeses each morning. What truly impressed during our stay was while exploring the gorgeous coastal landscape, we always returned to this delightful haven. Hensbacka Herrgård is ideally located for travelers heading to Germany via ferry and offers ample parking, ensuring our gourmet getaway was both easy and memorable. For anyone with a passion for food, this hotel is a hidden gem worth visiting!
